Ingredients
- 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 30 Ml. Cape Gooseberries cordial
- 30 Ml. Orange juice
- 45 Ml. Gin
- 30 Ml. Ginger syrup
- 10 Ml. Azahar water
- 60 Ml. Cold brew spicy with cardamom
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Refresh the glass
- Excess water is removed
- In the glass, We serve all the ingredients leaving the cold brew last
- We mix the ingredients
- And finally, the cocktail is completed with cold brew to generate two layers of color
- For the garnish we use orange peel and white flowers
Coffee Preparation
- For cold brew use the immersion method
- In a container I put 20 grams of coffee and 160 milliliters of water
- This preparation was extracting for 12 hours
- Then mixed with an infusion of cardamom
