Hi, I’m Daniel, and I’ve been in this industry for more than 5 years as a bartender and I recently started in the world of baristas. This cocktail is born from my two loves which are coffee and flower


  • 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. Cape Gooseberries cordial
  • 30 Ml. Orange juice
  • 45 Ml. Gin
  • 30 Ml. Ginger syrup
  • 10 Ml. Azahar water
  • 60 Ml. Cold brew spicy with cardamom


Cocktail Preparation
  • Refresh the glass
  • Excess water is removed
  • In the glass, We serve all the ingredients leaving the cold brew last
  • We mix the ingredients
  • And finally, the cocktail is completed with cold brew to generate two layers of color
  • For the garnish we use orange peel and white flowers
Coffee Preparation
  • For cold brew use the immersion method
  • In a container I put 20 grams of coffee and 160 milliliters of water
  • This preparation was extracting for 12 hours
  • Then mixed with an infusion of cardamom
