Cocktail Inspiration
Morning Spanish coffee with family
Ingredients
- 22 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 44 Ml. Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva
- 22 Ml. Cuban style espresso
- 7 Ml. Honey
- 1 Dashes Vanilla extract
- 22 Ml. Heavy cream
- 2 Drops Saline solution or salt water
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Combine all the ingredients except salt and cream into a yarai or stirring vessel. Stir till chilled.
- Strain into a small coffee glass, gribraltar, or large shot glass
- Add cream and salt to a vessel and whip till double in volume.
- Carefully pour cream over the top of the drink so it sits gently on top
- Express orange peel, grate praline and cinnamon over the top of the cream.
Coffee Preparation
- Use a reguar espresso machine. If not proceed to step 2.
- If no access to a proper espresso machine is available use a French press.
- Pour thirty grams of coffee into a French press and pour a little of half a liter of boiling water over the coffee
- Let bloom. Then pour the rest of the water. Sit for 4 mins. Stir after 4 mins.
- Strain coffee and put aside for cocktail.
