Cocktail Inspiration

Wanted to showcase my mexican heritage with my love for intricate flavored coffee styles

Ingredients

  • 22 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 1 Oz. Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
  • 22 Ml. Montenegro
  • 1 Oz. Espresso
  • 3 Dashes Angostura Orange Bitters

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add ingredients to shaker tin except bitters.
  • Shake ingredients.
  • Add 3 dashes of Angostura Orange bitters to top of large format ice cube in rocks glass.
  • Pour shaken ingredients over large format ice cube in rocks glass.
  • Express orange oils from peel over cocktail.
  • Garnish with orange swath on rim.
Coffee Preparation
  • Pack ground espresso into espresso basket.
  • Pull the shot.
  • Use immediately for best freshness.
