Cocktail Inspiration

Inspired from years of drinking my morning espresso with vanilla milk and shugar

Ingredients

  • 20 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. Shot of espresso made from Piazza D'oro Dolce coffee beans
  • 80 Ml. Fresh milk
  • 10 Ml. Amaretto Disaronno
  • 5 Ml. White Chocolate

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Pour Licor 43, Amaretto Disaronno, milk and White Chocolate syrup into milk foaming mug
  • Brew a fresh shot of espresso
  • Stir and then foam mixed milk inside of the mug
  • When using coupe glass, pour the foam milk first inside the glass and then pour the espresso shot under the milk
  • When using coffe cups pour the espresso first, then pour the milk using your favourite latte art
  • Garnish with freeze dried cranberry powder for little bit of sourness

  • Brew a fresh shot of espresso with espresso making machine
