I took inspiration from living in the U.S.V.I with the coconut and fruity flavors as well as my experience using Licor 43
Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 40 Ml. Espresso
- 18 Ml. Solerno
- 20 Ml. Coconut Milk
- 10 Ml. Aquafaba
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Add all ingredients into shaker
- Dry shake, add ice then wet shake
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with a twisted blood orange peel or orange peel if none on hand
Coffee Preparation
- Grind dark roast coffee beans into fine powder
- Add 20 grams into portafilter of espresso machine
- Tamp grounds
- Reattach portafilter to espresso machine
- Pull espresso and let stand for a minute or two to let cool before using in cocktail as to not over dilute cocktail by melting ice
