My cocktail for the 43 Challenge is inspired by the seven sins each one are present in our society, we enjoy or suffer for them….. Pride, greed, lust, anger, gluttony, envy and laziness….

Ingredients

• 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 1 Oz. Brandy
• 2 Oz. Pineapple Cordial
• 45 Ml. Nut meg and cardamom Cold Brew

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Mix all ingredientes into the Boston Shaker
• Shake and doble strain
• Pour into a cold coupet glass and Garnish with dehydrated Orange and Dark chocolate stripes

Coffee Preparation

• Cold Brew inmersion. First boil the water with cardamom and nutmeg
• Let that water cold
• Mix the special water now cold with the ground coffee 1 Nut meg and 2 cardamom seeds per 10 hours
• Filter and pack
