Cocktail Inspiration
Trying to add a more depth while keeping it simple
Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 30 Ml. Brown Butter Bourbon (I used homemade but Taffers works well too)
- 45 Ml. Fresh Espresso
- 2 Dashes Mexican chocolate bitters
- 1 Drops Pinch Sea Salt
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Add 45ml of espresso to shaker tin
- Add a pinch of salt or 2 saline drops (80-20)
- Add 30ml of Licor 43
- Add 30ml brown butter bourbon
- Add 2 dashes of Mexican chocolate bitters
- Fill tin with ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds
- Strain into chilled coupe
- Use microplane to grate bittersweet chocolate(60 percent cacao) and orange zest
