Ingredients

• 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 30 Ml. Espresso coffee
• 15 Ml. Gum syrup
• 30 Ml. Pibinal liqueur
• 120 Ml. Ice
• 5 Ml. grated eureka
• 2 Ml. Dehydrated lemon garnish

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Add all ingredients to the shaker and shake.
• Strain through a sieve
• Serve in the calabazo (pre-Hispanic water storage container).
