  • 25 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 15 Ml. mezcal
  • 35 Ml. espresso
  • 5 Ml. Xtabentun
  • 2 Dashes mole bitters


Cocktail Preparation
  • Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with 2-3 small ice chips.
  • Shake vigorously until well combined.
  • Dump contents of shaker into a small, chilled rocks glass containing a small straw.
  • Fill with crushed or pebble ice until ice rises above surface of the drink for a 'high and dry' look.
  • Garnish with grated dark chocolate on top of the cocktail.
Coffee Preparation
  • Grind 15 grams of dark roast espresso and tamp.
  • Pull shot using an espresso machine calibrated to extract using 60 ml water.
