My name is Alan Valdivia, I am a bartender at La Casa del Habano, a Cuban franchise, and that is why I created this cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 22 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 45 Ml. Ron Brugal 1888
  • 45 Ml. Café espresso
  • 22 Ml. Licor kahlua

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Chill a coupe glass with ice.
  • Prepare the espresso coffee.
  • Pour the espresso coffee along with the rest of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
  • Shake for 15 seconds.
  • Remove the ice from the coupe glass.
  • Double strain and serve in a coupe glass.
  • Add cinnamon stick and 3 coffee beans to decorate.
Coffee Preparation
  • Coffee used: Lavazza caffe.
  • Extraction method: espresso.
  • Dry coffee gram: 14 grams.
  • Liquid produced: 60 ml.
  • Water temperature: 90C
  • Extraction time: 25 seconds.
