My name is Alan Valdivia, I am a bartender at La Casa del Habano, a Cuban franchise, and that is why I created this cocktail.
Ingredients
- 22 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 45 Ml. Ron Brugal 1888
- 45 Ml. Café espresso
- 22 Ml. Licor kahlua
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Chill a coupe glass with ice.
- Prepare the espresso coffee.
- Pour the espresso coffee along with the rest of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake for 15 seconds.
- Remove the ice from the coupe glass.
- Double strain and serve in a coupe glass.
- Add cinnamon stick and 3 coffee beans to decorate.
Coffee Preparation
- Coffee used: Lavazza caffe.
- Extraction method: espresso.
- Dry coffee gram: 14 grams.
- Liquid produced: 60 ml.
- Water temperature: 90C
- Extraction time: 25 seconds.
