Cocktail Inspiration

Human History - City of Cartagena since the beggining until nowadays

Ingredients

  • 60 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 40 Ml. LOR Coffee
  • 30 Ml. Pitaya Purê
  • 30 Ml. Apple JUICOE

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Put all ingredients togheter in a parisiense shaker with ice
  • Hardshake all ingredints for about 25 seconds
  • Strain over a coupé glass previous chilled
  • Garnish with 3 half-moon green apples ( Simbolizes the 3 nations that pass in Cartagho)
Coffee Preparation
  • French Press - The beans are roasted, ground, and transformed into a solid coffee extract.
  • 25 grams of coffe to 100 ML of water (86 Celsius) 3 Minutes Extraction
