Cocktail Inspiration
Human History - City of Cartagena since the beggining until nowadays
Ingredients
- 60 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 40 Ml. LOR Coffee
- 30 Ml. Pitaya Purê
- 30 Ml. Apple JUICOE
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Put all ingredients togheter in a parisiense shaker with ice
- Hardshake all ingredints for about 25 seconds
- Strain over a coupé glass previous chilled
- Garnish with 3 half-moon green apples ( Simbolizes the 3 nations that pass in Cartagho)
Coffee Preparation
- French Press - The beans are roasted, ground, and transformed into a solid coffee extract.
- 25 grams of coffe to 100 ML of water (86 Celsius) 3 Minutes Extraction
