Cereal Cocktail

It’s the bartenders breakfast as a cocktail (just without the cigarettes and the headache).

Ingredients

  • 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 90 Ml. Cold Brew Coffee
  • 20 Ml. Cereal Milk

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Cereal Milk: Mix 100g unsweetened cornflakes with 250ml milk and let that sit for 60 minutes. Pass through a cloth and pour into bottles.
  • Pour 45ml Licor43, 90ml Cold Brew Coffee and 20ml Cereal Milk into a Nitro Whip Siphon.
  • Pour 45ml Licor43, 90ml Cold Brew Coffee and 20ml Cereal Milk into a Nitro Whip Siphon.
  • Cool the syphon until it is used.
  • Pour the cocktail into a chilled coupette and garnish with freshly grinded red pepper.
Coffee Preparation
  • Place 500g of espresso powder in a container and loosen slightly. Then add 1L of cold water, stir briefly and let it steep for about 30 minutes.
  • Now add 1,5l of cold water and let it steep for 24 hours.
  • First pour the Cold Brew Coffee through a sieve and then filter through a passing cloth. Bottle and store in a cool place.
