Ingredients

• 35 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 30 Ml. Rooibos Vanille Tea
• 30 Ml. Espresso
• 15 Ml. Orgeat
• 2 Dashes Cinnamon Bitters

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
• Aerate the cocktail with throwing 9 times
• Double strain into a chilled martini glass
• Add the garnish and enjoy

Coffee Preparation

• Add 9g of ground coffee to the portafilter
• Tamp the coffee
• Lock the porta filter on to the espresso machine
• Pull the shot to yield 30ml in 25 seconds
