Cocktail Inspiration

Make a cocktail that looks like an espresso martin but is nothing alike

Ingredients

• 22 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 22 Ml. El Tesoro Reposado Tequila
• 22 Ml. Real Passion fruit syrup
• 15 Ml. Fresh squeezed lemon juice
• 7 Ml. Fresh squeezed orange juice
• 1 Oz. Espresso
• 5 Dashes Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters
• 22 Ml. Egg white

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Combine all ingredients in shaker tin and dry shake for 20 secs.
• Add a ice to shaker tin and wet shake hard for 20 secs
• Double strain into coupe glass
• Garnish with dehydrated orange wheel

Coffee Preparation

• Pull a single espresso shot from espresso machine.
