I’m a barterder from Romania who’s living in Gran Canaria. The idea behind this Cocktail is the cake Tiramisu but with new flavors like horchata, mezcal and Canaris banana.
- 100 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 15 Ml. Mezcal Vida
- 15 Ml. Banasirup
- 200 Ml. Espresso
- 60 Ml. Cheese creme
- All ingredients exept mezcal and banana sirup mix to a cream
- Add agar agar
- Pass it through a coffee fillter and have a clear liqueur
- Into a stirr glas 50 ml of the clarified liquor, 15 mezcal, 15 banana sirup and stir for about 20 sec.
