Clarified Tiramisu

I’m a barterder from Romania who’s living in Gran Canaria. The idea behind this Cocktail is the cake Tiramisu but with new flavors like horchata, mezcal and Canaris banana.

Ingredients

  • 100 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 15 Ml. Mezcal Vida
  • 15 Ml. Banasirup
  • 200 Ml. Espresso
  • 60 Ml. Cheese creme

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • All ingredients exept mezcal and banana sirup mix to a cream
  • Add agar agar
  • Pass it through a coffee fillter and have a clear liqueur
  • Into a stirr glas 50 ml of the clarified liquor, 15 mezcal, 15 banana sirup and stir for about 20 sec.

  • Espresso
