I am currently working as a Head Bartender for The Westin Valencia. I am excited to be able to showcase my cocktail in this years edition of the Licor 43 challenge.

Ingredients

  • 35 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. Kraken Rum
  • 20 Ml. Cold Brew Coffee
  • 30 Ml. Greek Yogurt
  • 5 Ml. Balsamic Vinagre Cream de Modena

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
  • Double Strain in the chilled cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with cottin Candy on the rim of the glass
Coffee Preparation
  • Put a Coffee in a jar and por over room temperature water. Close the jar and leave It in the fridge for 18 hours.
  • Strain the coffee through a coffee filter and store It in a fridge in aclosed container.
