I am currently working as a Head Bartender for The Westin Valencia. I am excited to be able to showcase my cocktail in this years edition of the Licor 43 challenge.
Ingredients
- 35 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 30 Ml. Kraken Rum
- 20 Ml. Cold Brew Coffee
- 30 Ml. Greek Yogurt
- 5 Ml. Balsamic Vinagre Cream de Modena
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
- Double Strain in the chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with cottin Candy on the rim of the glass
Coffee Preparation
- Put a Coffee in a jar and por over room temperature water. Close the jar and leave It in the fridge for 18 hours.
- Strain the coffee through a coffee filter and store It in a fridge in aclosed container.
