Coffee or Tea

I should start by saying I am an avid coffee drinker. Along with creating cocktails for 14 years now, I am luckily enough to spend my free time traveling the world and exploring.
Cocktail Inspiration
The constant desire to bridge the gap between coffee and tea drinkers
Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 15 Ml. KahlĂșa Original
- 45 Ml. Infused Cold Brew
- 3 Dashes Lavender Bitters
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Combine all 4 ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
- Seal. Shake for 15 seconds, and then double-strain into a 5.5oz nick and nora glass or similar.
- Garnish with 3 dried lavender sprigs and enjoy.
Coffee Preparation
- Course grind 1.5oz (42 grams) of light roast coffee (I used single-origin Colombian).
- Combine ground coffee and peels of 1 lemon into a cold brew filter bag.
- Immerse bag in a glass container filled with 12oz (355ml) of cold, distilled water.
- Let sit for 16 hours and then remove filter bag to finish cold brew process.
- If unable to use a filter bag, strain and filter cold brew before use.
