My main focus is on the Caribbean, its tropical cocktail culture, and all that encompasses it. This cocktail helps represent whom I am as a Puerto Rican who loves his cup of coffee. Wepa!

Ingredients

• 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 15 Ml. Amontillado Sherry
• 15 Ml. Coconut Cream
• 15 Ml. Lime Juice
• 30 Ml. Espresso
• 5 Drops Salted Pineapple chunks

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Sprinkle Salt on your pineapple chunks
• Place all ingredients into your blender
• Add 8 ice cubes
• Blend all ingredients together
• Pour Cocktail into hurricane glass
• Garnish with pineapple leaves and a slice of pineapple
• Sprinkle Cinnamon and salt onto you pineapple piece
