Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 50 Ml. Whisky bourbon cold brew
- 25 Ml. Sicilian lemon
- 30 Ml. Sparkling water
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Add the ingredients whisky, liqueur 43 and sicilian lemon to a cocktail shaker and shaker vigorously, then Double strain into a collins Glass with plenty of ice
- Add sparkling water and stir gently
- As decoration a slice of dehydrated lemon and a coffee Bean
Coffee Preparation
- For 350ml of bourbon whisky, add 50 grama of robusto coffee, place in the ingredients in a french press with sicilian lemon lemon peels and leave in the fridge for 14 hour
- Then strain twice with paper filters
