I never worked in a bar, but I love to experience great cocktails wherever I go. My true passion is specialty coffee and I always dreamt to unite these two worlds.
Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 65 Ml. Colombian Specialty Coffee Cold Brew
- 15 Ml. Discarded Banana Peel Rum
- 15 Ml. Villa Massa Vermouth Rosso
- 30 Ml. Orange Juice
- 15 Ml. Yuzu Juice
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitter
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Mix Rum and Vermouth inside a high ball glass
- Add Licor 43
- Add 2 dashes of Angostura
- Add Yuzu and Orange Juice
- Finally add the cold brew
- Stir all ingredients
- Fill with ice
- Garnish with orange peel (or yuzu peel if available)
Coffee Preparation
- Coarse grind coffee grounds
- Immerse in filtered water inside a vacuum bag
- Seal the bag and place into a container with water
- Add sous vide stick setting it to 60 deg. Celsius
- Extract coffee for 8h
