Cocktail Inspiration

Carajillo

Ingredients

  • 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 4 Oz. Cold Brew Coffee
  • 4 Oz. Horchata
  • 2 Oz. Half and half
  • 2 Dashes Pistachio Cream
  • 1 Dashes Cinnamon

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Steep course ground coffee in cold water 1:8 ratio for 16hrs (or purchase RTD)
  • Strain cold brew into container
  • Place 4 ice cubes in cocktail shaker
  • Pour 4 ounces of cold brew in cocktail shaker
  • Pour 1.5 oz of Licor 43 in cocktail shaker
  • Pour 4oz horchata in cocktail shaker
  • In a separate glass, pour 2oz of half and half and 2 dashes of coconut cream
  • Whisk together for 30 seconds to create cold foam
  • Shake and pour into glass over ice
  • Pour cold foam on top and finish with cinnamon
Coffee Preparation
  • Steep course ground coffee in cold water 1:8 ratio for 16hrs
  • Strain from filter (discard filter) after 16hrs into container
