This cocktail is inspired by the conquest of the palates of tourists who found this spectacular and unique liquor on their vacations in Spain and took it back to their countries of origin

Ingredients

  • 35 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 20 Ml. Espresso
  • 20 Ml. Bourbon Yellow Rose Rye
  • 15 Ml. Pink grapefruit juice
  • 15 Ml. Passion fruit syrup
  • 25 Ml. Mar de frades brut nature

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Prepare the espresso
  • Add all the ingredients except the sparkling wine to the shaker
  • Pour the mixture into a high glass with normal and crushed ice
  • Add sparkling wine into a high glass and add straw
  • Decorate with physalis and dehydrated pink grapefruit
Coffee Preparation
  • Coffee used: Mascaf organic arabica coffe
  • Method of extraction: Espresso
  • Gr. Of dry coffee used: 20g
  • Gr. Of liquid produced: 30ml
  • Water temperature: 90ºC
  • Extraction time: 25 seconds
