Cocktail Inspiration

inspired by the lovely visits at my mom, who loves to have her family around her

Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 20 Ml. Cold Brew Coffee Full Immersion Method
  • 20 Ml. Tio Pepe Sherry extra dry
  • 15 Ml. Beetroot juice
  • 15 Ml. 15 Lime Juice
  • 5 Drops Salines Solution 20 Percent

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add all ingredients in a precooled mixing glas
  • Add double frosted ice balls
  • Stir well for at least 15 seconds
  • Serve in a preecooled coupette glas
  • Squeeze a orange zest above and garnish with it
Coffee Preparation
  • 80 gramms of Guatemala Santa Rosa Beans , medium roasted at Usedomer Röstwerk
  • Medium grind at a elecric mill
  • Add 400 ml still water, steep for 15hours at the fridge
  • Fine strain throgh coffee paper filter
  • Place in a clean closed bottle, hold at the fridge for max 5 Days
