Cocktail Inspiration
inspired by the lovely visits at my mom, who loves to have her family around her
Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 20 Ml. Cold Brew Coffee Full Immersion Method
- 20 Ml. Tio Pepe Sherry extra dry
- 15 Ml. Beetroot juice
- 15 Ml. 15 Lime Juice
- 5 Drops Salines Solution 20 Percent
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Add all ingredients in a precooled mixing glas
- Add double frosted ice balls
- Stir well for at least 15 seconds
- Serve in a preecooled coupette glas
- Squeeze a orange zest above and garnish with it
Coffee Preparation
- 80 gramms of Guatemala Santa Rosa Beans , medium roasted at Usedomer Röstwerk
- Medium grind at a elecric mill
- Add 400 ml still water, steep for 15hours at the fridge
- Fine strain throgh coffee paper filter
- Place in a clean closed bottle, hold at the fridge for max 5 Days
