Cocktail Inspiration
inspired on Irish coffee I just remember this cocktail and thought why not add Scotch to it and make it ScotchIrish Espresso Cocktail And that is what I created A rich espresso ScotchIrish drink
Ingredients
- 15 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 1 Oz. Espresso 1oz and a half
- 1 Oz. Scotch Whisky
- 1 Oz. Irish Whiskey
- 25 Oz. Bourbon cream a quarter ounce
- 25 Oz. Luxardo Espresso a quarter ounce
- 25 Oz. Mozart Chocolate Cream quarter ounce
- 25 Ml. Demerara Syrup quarter ounce
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Starting with the espresso, add all ingredients to a tin, dry shake first to create foam, add ice after drying shake and shake for a short period. Combined, it will be a total shake of 25-30 seconds
- Precision with measuring is essential. The Demerara is going to balance out the bitter from coffee.
Coffee Preparation
- I used Nespresso Machine, just one pod, one shot of coffee
- I used one pod and the pod I used is called DIAVOLITTO.
