Cocktail Inspiration

inspired on Irish coffee I just remember this cocktail and thought why not add Scotch to it and make it ScotchIrish Espresso Cocktail And that is what I created A rich espresso ScotchIrish drink


  • 15 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 1 Oz. Espresso 1oz and a half
  • 1 Oz. Scotch Whisky
  • 1 Oz. Irish Whiskey
  • 25 Oz. Bourbon cream a quarter ounce
  • 25 Oz. Luxardo Espresso a quarter ounce
  • 25 Oz. Mozart Chocolate Cream quarter ounce
  • 25 Ml. Demerara Syrup quarter ounce


Cocktail Preparation
  • Starting with the espresso, add all ingredients to a tin, dry shake first to create foam, add ice after drying shake and shake for a short period. Combined, it will be a total shake of 25-30 seconds
  • Precision with measuring is essential. The Demerara is going to balance out the bitter from coffee.
Coffee Preparation
  • I used Nespresso Machine, just one pod, one shot of coffee
  • I used one pod and the pod I used is called DIAVOLITTO.
