DAYBREAK 43 invites us to enjoy the simple things in life

Ingredients

  • 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 40 Ml. Cold Brew Coffee
  • 40 Ml. Grapefruit juice
  • 1 Dashes Angostura Bitters - House of Angostura
  • 1 Drops Graprefruit twist

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Pour the Licor 43, grapefruit juice, bitters and cold brew coffee in a shaker
  • Fill the shaker up to 3-4 with ice
  • Hard-shake 15-20 sec
  • Double strain in a chilled coupe glass
  • Perfume and garnish with a grapefruit twist
Coffee Preparation
  • Recipe ratio 1:12 with 100g (coarse grind) of coffee for 1200ml of water
  • Put the coffee in a glass conteiner. Add 200ml of water, wait 2 min and stir gently. Repeat 3 times
  • Pour the last 600ml to the container and cover it. Refrigerate ir for 12 hours.
  • After 12 hours strain with sky blanket or paper filter to obtain the liquid. Reserve cold
