I love incorporating unusual ingredients into my cocktails. As a bartender working in amazing restaurants, I am often inspired by ingredients not only found behind the bar, but in the kitchen as well.

Cocktail Inspiration

I was inspired by a balanced breakfast

Ingredients

  • 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 15 Ml. Espresso
  • 30 Ml. Rum aƱejo
  • 15 Ml. Fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 10 Ml. Greek yogurt

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Combine all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
  • Shake with ice and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.
  • Using a microplane, grate fresh orange zest over the top of the cocktail for aromatic garnish.
Coffee Preparation
  • Finely grind 7g arabica beans, or use 7g finely ground arabica coffee.
  • Pull a single shot of espresso, 15 ml.
