I love incorporating unusual ingredients into my cocktails. As a bartender working in amazing restaurants, I am often inspired by ingredients not only found behind the bar, but in the kitchen as well.
Cocktail Inspiration
I was inspired by a balanced breakfast
Ingredients
- 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 15 Ml. Espresso
- 30 Ml. Rum aƱejo
- 15 Ml. Fresh squeezed orange juice
- 10 Ml. Greek yogurt
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Combine all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake with ice and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.
- Using a microplane, grate fresh orange zest over the top of the cocktail for aromatic garnish.
Coffee Preparation
- Finely grind 7g arabica beans, or use 7g finely ground arabica coffee.
- Pull a single shot of espresso, 15 ml.
