Cocktail Inspiration
Cuando acampaba en el desierto de Sonora, lo primero que escuchaba al despertar era los pajaros, despues prendia devuelta la fogata y hacia café por la mañana. When I was camping in the Sonoran Desert, the first thing I heard when I woke up was the birds, then I lit the campfire again and made coffee in the morning.
Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 22 Ml. Amaro Averna
- 15 Ml. Campari
- 22 Ml. Pineapple Juice
- 30 Ml. Espresso
- 7 Ml. Simple Syrup
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Add all the ingredients to the shaker for 10 sec.
- Pour directly into the glass without straining it.
Coffee Preparation
- 10 gr of coffee in the espresso machine
- Drop espresso 7 sec
