My name is Andrei and I’ve been working as a bartender for 4 years, now I work at Balboa Pizzeria CDMX and I really enjoy my job and create new cocktails!

Ingredients

  • 15 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. Pacharán
  • 30 Ml. Espresso
  • 1 Ml. Solución saluna (2 drops)
  • 10 Ml. Narano (mexican orange liquer)

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add all the ingredientes in the shaker, ice and shake for 15 seconds
  • Double strain in a glass with one ice
  • Aromatize with orange peel and decorate with a slice of dehydrated orange
  • Enjoy
Coffee Preparation
  • Just make a regular espresso in the coffe maker
