As a barista and bartender, my craft goals have been around developing unusual combinations of spirits and coffee that bring a new perspective on coffee cocktails

Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. Whistle Pig Rye whiskey 6y
  • 15 Ml. Demerara Simple Syrup
  • 10 Ml. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 Dashes Chocolate bitters
  • 1 Oz. Fresh Egg white
  • 30 Ml. Espresso

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add all ingredients to shaker
  • Dry shake for 30 seconds
  • Shake with fresh ice
  • Double strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube
  • Garnish with shaved chocolate and orange peel
Coffee Preparation
  • Pull espresso shot into a chilled glass or tin.
