As a barista and bartender, my craft goals have been around developing unusual combinations of spirits and coffee that bring a new perspective on coffee cocktails
Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 30 Ml. Whistle Pig Rye whiskey 6y
- 15 Ml. Demerara Simple Syrup
- 10 Ml. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 Dashes Chocolate bitters
- 1 Oz. Fresh Egg white
- 30 Ml. Espresso
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Add all ingredients to shaker
- Dry shake for 30 seconds
- Shake with fresh ice
- Double strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube
- Garnish with shaved chocolate and orange peel
Coffee Preparation
- Pull espresso shot into a chilled glass or tin.
