Cocktail Inspiration

Highlight the notes of Licor 43 and its perfect complement, coffee.

Ingredients

  • 40 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. Coffee
  • 20 Ml. Real Gourmet Cream of coconut
  • 30 Ml. Strawberry
  • 2 Dashes Pink pepper
  • 2 Dashes Cardamom

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Place the previously disinfected strawberry, pink pepper and cardamom in a Boston glass and, with the help of a muddler, crush the ingredients dry.
  • Add the espresso to the mixture.
  • Add the Real gourmet cream of coconut and Licor 43.
  • Add ice to the Boston glass and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
  • Pour the mixture into a previously chilled old fashion glass with ice cubes and double strain.
  • Garnish with a couple of strawberry slices on a cocktail skewer.
Coffee Preparation
  • Weigh 12 grams of medium roast coffee beans.
  • Grind fine for espresso and compact with the tamper.
  • Extract 30 ml of coffee in 20-30 seconds.
