Ingredients

• 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 40 Ml. Café do Mercado Co. Bourbon coffee
• 20 Ml. Seedless passion fruit
• 10 Ml. Honey syrup
• 10 Ml. Ginger syrup
• 25 Ml. Stolichnaya vodka
• 10 Drops Basil leaf

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Chill down the coupê glass
• Put the Ice in the shaker and pour all the ingredients
• Hard shake so the foam form in the shaker
• Remove the Ice from the coupê glass
• Double strain into the coupê Glass
• Garnish with a large Basil leaf

Coffee Preparation

• Add 50g of Café do Mercado Co. Bourbon coffee
• Pour 500ml of cold water
• Let It sit in the fridge for 12 to 15 hours
• Strain using a paper coffee filter
