Cocktail Inspiration

This cocktail was inspired by the banana shakes my grandma would make me as a kid, she would make me banana milk shakes topped with cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 45 Ml. Espresso
  • 15 Ml. Cognac
  • 15 Ml. Banana liqueur
  • 1 Dashes Mole chocolate bitters
  • 1 Dashes Foaming Bitters

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Pour your 45ml of licor 43 in the shaker tin
  • Pour your 45ml espresso into the skater tin
  • Then pour 15ml of cognac in your shaker tin
  • Next pour 15ml of banana liqueur in your shaker tin
  • Next add 1 dash of mole chocolate bitters into your shaker tin
  • Then add 1 dash of foaming bitters into the shaker tin
  • Add ice and give it a hard shake for 15-20 seconds
  • Finally double strain into a coupe glass, top with cinnamon and enjoy.
Coffee Preparation
  • Get your french press and add espresso coffee grounds
  • Next add a sprinkle of cinnamon with your coffee grounds
  • Add hot water, press and now you have your cinnamon espresso
