Ingredients

• 20 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 20 Ml. Malibu
• 30 Ml. Espresso
• 5 Ml. Coconut Syrup
• 80 Ml. Dragon Fruit Juice
• 80 Ml. Vegan Coconut Drink

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Put all ingredients except for the espresso in a blender or mixing machine and blend it
• Strain it into a longdrink glas with two ice cubes
• Float the espresso on top of the drink
• Garnish with a dried slice of dragon fruit and coconut chips

Coffee Preparation

• Make an espresso in the portafilter machine and let it cool down
