On a daily basis I run a popular nightclub in Estonia called Studio. I have been making cocktails and competing for 5 years now. I’m a Estonian national champion 2021.

Ingredients

• 40 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 13 Ml. Lykke Bam Bam espresso
• 15 Ml. Beetroot juice
• 17 Ml. Lime juice
• 1 Ml. Cardamom pods (3-4 pods)
• 3 Ml. Ginger root (3grams)

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Add 3g Ginger and 3-4 Cardamom pods into a chilled empty shaker and muddle
• Add rest of the ingredients
• Add ice and strong shake
• Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass
• Add dried lime on the edge of the glass

Coffee Preparation

• Grind Lykke Bam Bam coffee beans
• Make strong espresso and let it cool
