I’m a Young bartender who loves both: Cocktails and Brazil, that’s why I came with this recipe, that brings a part of Spain, mixes It with Mexico and adds some Brazil to It
Cocktail Inspiration
La Batanga mixed with regional habits
Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 10 Ml. Cachaça Branca
- 20 Ml. Coffee
- 140 Ml. Guaraná soda
- 20 Ml. Orange Juice
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Add the coffee, Orange Juice, licor 43 and cachaça in a highball glass
- Fill It with ice
- Top It UP with the guaraná soda
- Two half moons of Orange as garnish
Coffee Preparation
- Heat water with coffee poder in a 10:1 proportion
- Filter and serve
