I’m a Young bartender who loves both: Cocktails and Brazil, that’s why I came with this recipe, that brings a part of Spain, mixes It with Mexico and adds some Brazil to It

Cocktail Inspiration

La Batanga mixed with regional habits

Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 10 Ml. Cachaça Branca
  • 20 Ml. Coffee
  • 140 Ml. Guaraná soda
  • 20 Ml. Orange Juice

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add the coffee, Orange Juice, licor 43 and cachaça in a highball glass
  • Fill It with ice
  • Top It UP with the guaraná soda
  • Two half moons of Orange as garnish
Coffee Preparation
  • Heat water with coffee poder in a 10:1 proportion
  • Filter and serve
