Cocktail Inspiration

Inspired by Mexican culture

Ingredients

  • 15 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 60 Ml. Mezcal
  • 10 Ml. Luxardo (maraschino)
  • 15 Ml. Espresso
  • 2 Dashes Chocolate bitters

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Brew 15 ml of espresso and let it cool.
  • In a shaker with ice, combine mezcal, Licor 43 Original, cold espresso, Luxardo, and chocolate bitters.
  • Shake well and strain into an old-fashioned glass with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a dehydrated orange slice.
Coffee Preparation
  • Use an espresso machine to brew 15 ml of espresso.
  • Let the espresso cool before adding it to the shaker.
