this eggnog is a flip of a Baltimore Eggnog. it is prepared and served cold. it is ideal as a dinner end – dessert

Ingredients

• 50 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 50 Ml. Coldbrew Coffee (Rewe feine Welt Bio Chachamayo-Espresso)
• 40 Ml. Botucal reserva Rum
• 30 Ml. Egg white
• 20 Ml. Egg Yellow
• 100 Ml. Milk

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Beat the egg whites stiff - das Eiweiß steif schlagen
• Mix the remaining ingredients - Die restlichen Zutaten vermengen
• Gently fold in the egg white - das Eiweiß vorsichtig unterheben
• Serve with grated nutmeg - mit geriebener Muskatnuss garnieren

Coffee Preparation

• 20g Espressopulver mit 200ml kaltem Wasser vermengen
• Über Nacht (ca. 12 h) in der Kühlung ziehen lassen
• Durch einen Kaffeefilter geben
