Carajillo

Ingredients

• 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 30 Ml. Vodka
• 30 Ml. Zumo de mandarina
• 7 Ml. Limoncello
• 45 Ml. Cold brew
• 2 Dashes Bitters de naranja

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• In a shaker we add all our ingredients
• We add large ice
• We do trowing technique 4 times
• In a rocker glass with an ice cube, we serve with a double strain
• We flavor and decorate with Californian orange peel

Coffee Preparation

• We add borboun sidra in a glass container 100gx800ml
• For 18 hours
• We filter our cold brew to remove residue
