Cocktail Inspiration

Carajillos and Abuelita's Mexican Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. Espresso
  • 23 Ml. Socorro Reposado Tequila
  • 10 Ml. Ancho Reyes Chili Ancho Liquer
  • 2 Dashes Fee Bros. Aztec Chocolate Bitters

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
  • Add ice and shake vigorously 10-20 seconds
  • Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  • Garnish with a dehydrated orange slice.
Coffee Preparation
  • Pull a standard espresso shot.
