Cocktail Inspiration
Carajillos and Abuelita's Mexican Chocolate
Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 30 Ml. Espresso
- 23 Ml. Socorro Reposado Tequila
- 10 Ml. Ancho Reyes Chili Ancho Liquer
- 2 Dashes Fee Bros. Aztec Chocolate Bitters
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shake vigorously 10-20 seconds
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- Garnish with a dehydrated orange slice.
Coffee Preparation
- Pull a standard espresso shot.
