Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 45 Ml. Strawberry and hibiscus syrup
  • 60 Ml. Filter coffee

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Mix all the ingredients in the shaker and serve over ice in a short glass.
  • Decorate with coffee beans
Coffee Preparation
  • Use the v60 method to brew the coffee
  • Grind 20 grams of dry coffee processed and 240 ml of water at 90 c
  • Pour 40 ml water
  • Pour 100 ml of water
  • Pour 100 ml of water and let filter
