Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 45 Ml. Strawberry and hibiscus syrup
- 60 Ml. Filter coffee
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients in the shaker and serve over ice in a short glass.
- Decorate with coffee beans
Coffee Preparation
- Use the v60 method to brew the coffee
- Grind 20 grams of dry coffee processed and 240 ml of water at 90 c
- Pour 40 ml water
- Pour 100 ml of water
- Pour 100 ml of water and let filter
