Ingredients
- 44 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 45 Ml. Family coffee as espresso
- 15 Ml. Mezcal
- 15 Ml. Averna
- 15 Ml. orange oleo saccharum
- 3 Dashes pinch of salt
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Pull espresso
- Put all ingredients into shaker and shake
- Double strain over king cube ice
- Garnish with shaved chocolate and orange zest
Coffee Preparation
- Grind beans
- Pack bowl and pull espresso
