Ingredients

• 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 45 Ml. Fresh Espresso
• 7 Ml. Spiced Rum
• 45 Ml. Licor 43 Horchata
• 30 Ml. Egg White

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• In tin, hand blend mix of egg white and Licor 43 Horchata
• In separate tin, add all other ingredients
• Dry shake and quick whip shake
• Double strain over crushed ice
• Add layer of the Licor 43 Horchata foam over top
• Top with cinnamon rose

Coffee Preparation

• Fresh Espresso
