My carajillo is based on Mexico meet Spain meets Italy. While the mezcal and the amaro plus the licor 43 gives a pleasant cocktail with taste of smoky orange and cinnamon.

Cocktail Inspiration

Based on a classic carajillo

Ingredients

• 50 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 1 Oz. Mr black coffee liquor
• 1 Oz. Concentrate espresso
• 15 Ml. El Producer Mezcal
• 15 Ml. Amaro Cio Ciaro

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
• Add ice, quick and hard shake
• Strain in a DoF glass with a big rock
• Fresh orange wheel with shave cinnamon

Coffee Preparation

• Concentrate coffee
• Hot water
