Cocktail Inspiration

This cocktail draws inspiration from lifes journey a blend of joy and challenge that shapes who we are just as life intertwines moments of sweetness with spicy twists this drink harmonizes these contrasting flavors reflecting the complexities of our experiences

Ingredients

  • 15 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 15 Ml. Aero Press coffee
  • 30 Ml. Montelobos Espadín Mezcal
  • 22 Ml. Xila 7 Notas
  • 22 Ml. Germana Caetanos Cachaca
  • 7 Ml. Giffard Piment d'Espelette
  • 2 Dashes Scrappys Firewater bitters (any spicy bitters will do)

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add all ingredients into a mixing glass
  • Add ice and stir for 30 seconds
  • Strain into a Nick and Nora glass
  • Garnish with an orange peel and a dried chile de arbol.
Coffee Preparation
  • Heat water to 205 degrees
  • Fine grind 36 grams of a washed processed Mexican coffee
  • Add a filter to the Aero Press cap and wet filter with hot water. Screw on filter to the chamber.
  • Add coffee to the chamber and place on top of a mug. Slowly add 200 grams of hot water to the coffee and stir for 10 seconds. Slowly plunge into mug. Allow to cool
