Being a part of the Licor 43 challenge every year has given me a sense of community that I can only compare to my SAFEHOUSE and Pastiche family. This cocktail is an ode to them.

Cocktail Inspiration

My SAFEHOUSE and Pastiche family that have created the most authentic and long lasting community in San Antonio that I am honored to be a part of

Ingredients

• 15 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 30 Ml. Espresso
• 15 Ml. Frangelico Liqueur
• 22 Ml. Kinsman Rakia Apricot Liqueur
• 10 Ml. Plum Spread
• 2 Dashes Plum Bitters rinse

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Combine all ingredients (except the plum bitters) into a cocktail shaker.
• Add ice to your shaker and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
• Using a small spray bottle, spritz the plum bitters into your teacup. Two sprays is ideal.
• Use a Hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh strainer to double strain your cocktail into your teacup.
• Place your teacup atop a saucer plate to serve. Enjoy
