I’ve been working as a Bartender for almost two years and when I started I knew that I wanted to be that kind of artist for the rest of my life.
Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 50 Ml. Mezcal Creyente Espadin
- 20 Ml. Natural syrup
- 1 Oz. 4 Slices of fresh banana
- 40 Ml. Espresso
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- In the shaker, add the mezcal and 4 slices of banana, muddle the fruit
- Add the rest of the ingredientes, Licor 43, Espresso and syrup
- Add ice and shake vigorously
- Double strain and serve in a Nick and Nora glass
- Garnish: 3 slices of fresh banana in a bamboo stick, add demerara sugar in each slice and caramelize (nice aroma)
- Enjoy

- Just make and espresso in the coffe maker
