Cocktail Inspiration

This cocktail was inspired by the classic Carajillo & Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. Azunia reposado Tequila
  • 15 Ml. Narano Orange Liqueur
  • 15 Ml. Kalani Coconut liqueur
  • 60 Ml. Bols white cacao
  • 75 Ml. Silk dairy free heavy cream

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Combine Licor 43, Azunia reposado tequila, Narano Orange and Kalani Coconut in a yari
  • Add ice to yari and stir 15-20 seconds
  • Double strain into a coupe glass
  • In a separate tin, combine the silk dairy free heavy cream and bols white cacao
  • Dry shake for a few seconds to incorporate
  • Carefully float the white cacao heavy cream on top of the cocktail
Coffee Preparation
  • Combine 1 cup ground coffee with 1 bottle Licor 43 Original
  • Let infuse for 3 days
  • Remove coffee grounds by straining through a fine mesh strainer
  • To ensure no debris, filter a second time using a coffee filter
