Hello I’m Sam I adore licor 43 and utilize is all the time in my cocktail creations. This one I created specifically to be the star of an espresso martini flight that has since gained cult status.

Ingredients

• 20 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 20 Ml. Mezcal Rested Mr. Black
• 15 Ml. Los Nahuales Mezcal Reposado
• 30 Ml. Tequila Ocho Reposado
• 45 Ml. Double Espresso

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Add all ingredients except espresso to a shaker
• Pull your double espresso shot and immediately add it to the shaker with the rest of the ingredients
• Fill shaker with ice and shake hard to produce a nice layer of crema
• Strain into a chilled coupe glass
• Garnish with fresh grated cinnamon and orange zest

Coffee Preparation

• Pull about 19 grams of fresh ground espresso beans into your portafilter tray
• Even out the grounds and tamp
• Pull your double espresso shot and immediately add to your cocktail shaker
